Wheel Cleaners are tricky, you will never find a spray on/ hose off product that is free of harsh chemical acids. (this product doesn't contain harsh chemicals)
Because this is a non-acidic product, a light brushing on tough built in brake dust and grime will be needed with this kind of product to get the absolute best results. Sometimes you will be able to get away without any scrubbing, but every situation is different.
