This product will require water to rinse it off. There is potential for damage to occur if you are not able to completely rinse the product off after use. Although it does not contain any acid, it is a very powerful cleaner.
For your particular case, I would not recommend our Wheel Cleaner. Something that would work is our Super Cleaner, this product requires no rinsing and is a simple spray and wipe product.
