Our Wheel Cleaner was created to be used as is, however, we have had customers use it successfully by diluting the product to thin it out (it's too thick in it's current form). Unfortunately we don't have any set dilution ratios so you'll need to play around with it. And if it doesn't end up working, don't worry about it!
