You would need to clay bar or wash your vehicle with dawn dish soap or something similar to give you a clean slate to work with.
Since the Liquid Wax is super long-lasting, if you put it over the Hybrid Wax, it will degrade at the same rate.
When you put the Liquid Wax first, then spray the Hybrid Wax, once the Hybrid Wax starts the degrade, the Liquid Wax will still be there.
Then you just top it again with a new layer of Hybrid Wax.
